RETURN POLICY
1) Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
You are eligible to initiate a return of full-priced merchandise within 3 days of receiving your order.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, therefore if you wish to return your order for any reason, we are happy to issue you with your choice of the below:
- Exchange
- Refund – client incurs transaction charges
-Made in Ke pieces are eligible for return and exchanges if you aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase.
-Thrifted pieces can only be exchanged/ returned if there’s a defect on the piece that wasn’t stated on the site .
-Items bought during sales and Custom mades are NOT eligible for returns/exchanges.
–To be eligible, the items being returned must be in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached. Take caution when trying on garments, as we will not accept them if they have makeup marks, stains and/or smell of perfume or body odour.
2) Return and Exchange Initiation
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at orders@kairetusapparel.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Include your order details and reason for the return or exchange.
-Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back to us
3) Shipping Costs for Returns and Exchanges
The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs, except in cases where:
The wrong item was sent.
The item is defective.
4) Refunds
Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected. You will receive an email notification confirming the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3 days of receiving the returned item
5) Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, we will process the exchange once we receive the original item. The exchange process typically takes 3-5 working days from the date we receive the returned item.
6) Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please whats app/call us immediately at 0116149806 or email us at orders@kairetusapparel.com . Please provide details and photos (where applicable) of the damage or defect, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
Please be aware that items damaged due to normal wear and tear, accidents, improper use, failure to follow care instructions, or misuse will not be deemed defective/faulty. Additionally, any item returned more than 2 weeks after the purchase date falls outside our standard warranty period but may still be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Our garments include clear care tags with detailed cleaning instructions, and we highly recommend following them to preserve the quality and longevity of your item. Kairetu’s Apparel is not responsible for any damage caused by the dry cleaning company you choose.
7) Return Policy
Kairetu’s apparel reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item does not meet our eligibility criteria. By making a purchase from Kairetu’s Apparel, you acknowledge you have read and agreed to this return policy
